Public Works Secretary Mark Villar has announced the completion of the entire 18-kilometer stretch of the Skyway Stage 3, which links the northern and southern portions of Metro Manila.
Travel time from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Balintawak will only take 20 minutes by 2022 once the Skyway Stage 3 opens, Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar said.
The Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 is 89-percent complete after the parts which collapsed due to a fire last February were replaced.
