The Quezon City government has designated zones where fireworks use and displays are allowed in a bid to regulate and control the use of firecrackers to welcome 2020.
Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista has urged owners of lechon houses in La Loma to cooperate with the city government as it rolls out plans to develop the area into a tourist destination.
