Ruffy Biazon became a BLINK for a day for his kids.
The Muntinlupa mayor gamely drove to Bulacan on Saturday to catch the first night of the Korean girl group Blackpink’s concert in the Philippines. He even held up and posed with the group’s pink light stick.
“Back in the Philippine Arena once again,” the politiko said, all smiles from the audience.
