Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano wants to make sure that city personnel are taking gender-related programs seriously.
Cayetano met with the Taguig City Gender and Development Council to ensure that women are included in the agenda of its programs.
The city has actually been doing well in this regard, she said.
The Commission on Audit had commended Taguig for its good implementation rate of its programs, she said.
“Nangangahulugan po ito na efficient na naipatupad ang mga nailatag na programa ukol sa gender equality. Salamat sa mga kawani at departamento sa City Govt na bumubuo ng GAD Council!” she posted.
