Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said it won’t be long now until the construction of the city’s new hospital, then San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital, would be completed.
In a Facebook post, Sandoval said phase 1 of the hospital, or 33 percent of the structure, is complete.
This consists of the 4th to 6th floor of the facility, she said.
The architectural, mechanical, and plumbing details are being worked on at the moment, she said.
The entire hospital is expected to be completed by March 2024.
Sandoval said she is looking forward to this as this would ensure better health care for Malabon residents.
