Jeannie Sandoval led the turnover of donations from the City of Malabon to the local government of Oriental Mindoro.
The mayor welcomed city representatives to her office for a ceremonial handover of donated medical kits for residents in oil spill-stricken areas, which they will deliver to Mindoro.
“Buong puso po tayong namahagi ng 2000 bottles ng IV Fluids sa mga biktima ng oil spill sa Mindoro,” the politiko said. “Malugod naman pong tinanggap ng Department of Health Chief of Emergency Response na si Dr. Irvin Miranda ang tulong na hatid ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Malabon.”
“Nawa’y maging malaking tulong ito sa mga biktima ng oil spill. Dalangin po namin ang inyong agarang pagbangon mula sa insidenteng ito,” she added.
