Ruffy Biazon is loving this new workweek thanks to a very perky start.
The Muntinlupa mayor loved singing along to the Panther Echo Band, which is a guest performer during the city hall’s flag raising ceremony.
“Nag-perform sila kaninang umaga, kaya energized na energized kaming lahat sa flag raising ceremony. Napakanta nga rin ako nung kumanta sila ng Jopay,” the politiko said.
The band is special as it is composed of officers from the Bureau of Fire Protection-Muntinlupa.
