Pets can now take the Pasig River Ferry service of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.
In a Facebook post, the ferry service said passengers may bring their pets as long as these are in cages or in carriers.
Any kind of pet is allowed as long as it would not threaten or harm other passengers.
The pets will be allowed in any of the 13 ferry stations, namely Pinagbuhatan, Kalawaan, San Joaquin, Maybunga, Guadalupe, Hulo, Valenzuela, Lambingan, Sta. Ana, PUP, Quinta, Lawton, and Escolta.
The LRT-2 and MRT-3 also accepts pets as long as these are in carriers and wearing diapers.
