Rico Golez recreated history through a trip around Cebu City.
The Parañaque councilor and his wife explored historic sites and landmarks of the Spanish occupation. Among their stops include the Magellan’s Cross.
“Sa pagtanda ng napaka-importante na event na eto lalong lalo na para sa pagtanim ng Roman Catholicism sa dako ng mundong eto ay itinayo ni Magellan ang Cross na eto,” the politiko said. “Ang original na Cross ay sinasabing nasa loob ng replica ng Cross na eto.”
