As part of the celebration of Civil Registration Month, the Las Piñas City government is doing away with late registration fees.
The Civil Registry Office, with the support of Las Piñas Mayor Mel Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar, is temporarily suspending the P150 late registration fee for birth, marriage, and death certificates.
This will be for the entire month of February.
Civil Registration Month is celebrated evert February to remind Filipinos of their duty to register vital events in their life such as births, marriages, and deaths, as well as decrees, legal instruments, and judicial orders affecting their civil status.
