San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora got the chance to connect with Rotary International members from Canada and show them what his city has to offer.
The delegates from the Rotary Friendship Exchange Program of Rotary International in Canada paid Zamora a courtesy call in his office.
The Rotary Friendship Exchange Program seeks to immerse the delegates in the culture of the districts in other countries so that they could adopt its projects for their own areas.
The program also aims to create relationships with other Rotary districts.
Zamora said the delegation members from Canada were very interested in the tactile displays in San Juan’s museums and plan to replicate the model for their museums in Canada.
He also said he was honored by their visit.
