Francis Zamora got a VIP pass to meet American pop singer Ne-Yo minutes before his concert in Manila.

The San Juan mayor and his wife Keri even got a photo with the R&B icon for the books.

“Welcome to the Philippines Ne-Yo! We are very excited to watch you perform! We have always been big fans of yours!,” the politiko said.
