Some families in Las Piñas may get new housing courtesy of the national government.
Executives of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development visited Las Piñas City and met with Mayor Mel Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar to discuss the possible housing projects for the target beneficiaries from the local government.
Among those present at the discussion were DHSUD OIC Regional Director Norman Dural and Housing Real Estate Development Regulation Division Director Raymundo Foronda.
The DHSUD is aiming to build six million housing units by the end of 2028.
It plans to construct one million housing units per year.
