The Palanan Health Center or Palanan 24/7 in Makati City has leveled up.
This was because it has gotten a license to operate as a primary health care facility, Makati Mayor Abby Binay announced.
The Department of Health awarded the license after the health center passed the accreditation earlier this month.
Being a primary health care facility means the center would be able to offer more medical services to the people.
Binay vowed to further improve the health centers in the city so that these would also receive DOH accreditation.
This, in turn, would make medical services safer and more accessible to the people of Makati, she said.
