Quezon City Councilor Charm Ferrer files her priority measures
Quezon City Councilor Charm Ferrer hit the ground running upon assuming office.
Ferrer personally filed her proposed legislation before the office of the Secretary of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
Her first proposed ordinance seeks to extend to December 2024 the suspension of the imposition of real property taxes on land based on fair market values.
Her other proposed ordinance seeks to increase the longevity pay of local government personnel and public school teachers and non-teaching personnel from P400 to P600.
“Isa po ito sa prayoridad at ipinangako ko na programa bilang Konsehal ninyo, lalong lalo na sa Edukasyon at pagkalinga sa ating mga empleyado,” she said.
