Rex Gatchalian is leaving another amazing legacy for the people of Valenzuela.

The outgoing mayor added more scholars to the city’s growing roster.

“Congratulations to the best and the brightest of the city. 200 new Dr. Pio Valenzuela Scholarship Program Awardees were signed into the program officially today,” the politiko said. “This brings our total number of scholarship members to 800.”
