The Mandaluyong councilor gifted her with a flower ring.
“I’m 37 but Ciara will forever be 19. Not a day goes by without my thinking how things would have been if my twin were still around,” the politiko said.
“Thank you for all the greetings for me and Ciara 💕 Another year, another chapter turned as I take on new challenges and opportunities,” she added. “Thank you Lord, for this gift of life.”
