Ruffy Biazon saw the perfect example of how e-tricycles and e-bikes could be a walking disaster waiting to happen.

“Saw this along a national highway in the province while were parked in front of a restaurant. Electric trike driven by someone with one arm in a sling. He made a U-Turn on the busy road, cutting across the path of another tricycle,” the Muntinlupa congressman-elect said.

The politiko said the scene alone is the cause of several “safety issues” needing intervention.
