San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora urges workers from the city to register with the local govt
Skilled workers from San Juan will be prioritized when job openings come up as long as they register with the Public Service Employment Office.
San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora called on carpenters, electricians, plumbers, welders, chefs, drivers, call center agents, and other workers to register with the PESO Skills Registry online.
They could also register in their barangays at scheduled times, Zamora said.
By registering, the city government would be able to recommend them for job openings that match their skills, he said.
This is part of its San Juaneño First Policy, he said.
