Ruffy Biazon has found the ultimate shirt to capture his love for the sea.

The Muntinlupa congressman now mayor-elect showed off his beach boy tee, with a message that reads: “the ocean is calling.” It’s the perfect shirt for a deep sea diver like him.

“I can’t resist the call of the ocean,” the politiko said.
