Students taking technical-vocational courses in Valenzuela City will get to enjoy a new campus during the next school year.

The new Valenzuela City Polytechnic College campus, which is undergoing construction, will be bigger and will have more facilities, according to the Valenzuela City government.

The campus would have a big student center with common facilities, as well as four learning factories where factory simulation and trainings for different courses would be held, it said.

“Ang mga learning factories ang magiging working area at classroom ng mga estudyante para mas mahubog ang kanilang skills at hands-on experience na angkop sa professional setting,” it said on Facebook.

The city government is also fixing the school’s curriculum in cooperation with the Department of Education and its industry partner.

This would ensure that the students would learn skills that align with the requirements of the industries and companies they want to join, it said.
