Ruffy Biazon has returned to the waters after a weeks-long lull due to the elections.

The Muntinlupa congressman now mayor-elect spend the first weekend after the May 9 polls to return to his favorite hobby: deep sea diving.

His chosen spot remains to be Anilao in Batangas, being close enough to Metro Manila.
