Honey Lacuna made history as the first lady mayor-elect of the City of Manila.

The incumbent vice mayor is humbled and grateful, dedicating her decisive victory to the Lord.

She captured it with a prayer, thanking God with “a heart full of gratitude.”

“Thank you for this beautiful day,” she added.
