Crisologo: ‘This is not goodbye, but i’ll C you Around’

Quezon City Rep. Onyx Crisologo has accepted his defeat to neophyte Arjo Atayde.
“With the election now over, the people of District 1 has casted their votes and has chosen our opponent,” said Crisologo in a Facebook post.
Based on the available tally, Atayde got 108,721 votes while Crisologo has 51,379 votes.
Crisologo thanked his supporters for being part of his 12-year political career.
“Salamat sa lahat ng nagsakripisyo, sumuporta at hindi bumitaw hanggang dulo. I will always remember you all in this journey of mine which i will cherish and will always be part of my life. Hinding hindi ko kayo makakalimutan,” Crisologo said.
Crisologo also “wish the victor the best of luck and hope he will serve the people of district 1 with dedication and true passion, as I did.”
“When one door closes another one opens as they say,” he said. “This is not goodbye, but i’ll C you Around.”
“Sa inyong lahat na binuhos ang pagod at oras para sa Serbisyo Crisologo, Maraming Salamat! I will still be around as your congressman for the next couple of weeks until i step down from office on June 30th,” added Crisologo who is currently in his first term as Representative of Quezon City.
