All roads lead to Makati today for supporters of the presidential bid of Leni Robredo, and some kakampinks suspect there are efforts to make it hard for them to reach the venue.

Actress Pokwang was one of the Robredo supporters who tweeted about the presence of several empty buses parked along the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge.

This affected the flow of vehicles going to Makati.

“Totoo po ba ito? Makati and Mandaluyong???? Why??? from a churchmate of my sister > There is a friend of mine who witnessed 65 buses (empty) blocking Mandalyong bridge now to Makati,” Pokwang tweeted.

Jim Paredes believes it was intended to prevent people from going to the Robredo rally.

“The whole bridge from Mandaluyong to Makati is occupied by 65 empty buses. No one can cross to Makati.#MMDA Is this a plot to prevent ppl from going to Ayala?.OF COURSE,” he said.

Several netizens brought the matter to the attention of the MMDA Twitter account, but it just said that those who have complaints could get in touch with the Mandaluyong traffic bureau.
