Precious Hipolito-Castelo went around a wet market as part of her campaign rounds.

Clad in green, the re-electionist congresswoman hoped to court more voters in her Quezon City district.

“Mula sa iba’t-ibang kabahayan, mga palengke, hanggang sa mga tabi ng creek, lahat ay tinungo natin. Walang lalagpasan, walang iiwanan, lahat ay sama-sama,” the politiko said.
