It looks like another Gatchalian is poised to head Valenzuela City.

Valenzuela Rep. Wes Gatchalian, who is running for mayor, got a commanding lead over his rival in the race based on the latest survey of Publicus Asia.

The survey conducted between April 8 to 13 gave him a rating of 82 percent.

His rival Bernardo Bombit only got 11 percent.

Gatchalian expressed thanks for his high rating.

Another 6 percent were undecided, while 1 percent did not choose any of the candidates.

“MARAMING SALAMAT po sa inyong tiwala sa #TuloyAngProgresoValenzuela Team! Kayo ang aming inspirasyon upang magserbisyo sa tapat at progresibong paraan!” he said on Facebook.
