The Quezon City mayor had to take a photo with this handwritten cartolina poster and its owner.
It reads: “Kung ang Jollibee may ChickenJoy, ang Quezon City may Mayor Joy!”
“Spotted sa Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon! Maraming salamat sa effort ng pagawa nito!,” the politiko said. “Napaka-witty talaga ng mga kabataang QC.”
