Ruffy Biazon is going where the locals are despite the dangers of it.

The Muntinlupa congressman now aspiring mayor hopped on a makeshift tram that was mounted along the rails of the Philippine National Railways in the city.

“Campaigning with the use of makeshift public transportation on PNR railways. Known is trolleys, they run on footpower,” the politiko said.
