Ruffy Biazon’s cuddly frame is a hit for Muntinlupa kids.

The congressman now aspiring mayor is loving the special treatment he’s getting from children around the city.

These little ones often come to him for a hug, as if he’s Santa Claus on disguise.

“They must think I’m a mascot… kids seem to be drawn to me,” the politiko said.
