Rex Gatchalian happily agreed to a resident’s request for him to stand in for his brother, Sen. Win Gatchalian.

It’s all for a worthy cause.

“Sabi ni tatay na isang Ilocano dito sa Valenzuela body double daw muna ako ni Sen. Win, mag picture daw kami papadala niya sa Narvacan sa mga relatives niya and sasabihin niya boto nila si Sen. Win Gatchalian…kunwari ako daw muna yun.,” the mayor said.

At least it’s more votes for his brother!
