Rex Gatchalian is beaming as a Valenzuelano won big on the international stage.

The mayor proudly shared that high school student Naomi Ang of the Ateneo Senior High School (ASHS) emerged as champion of the 2022 Cambridge School Finals.

It’s the first time an Asian school won the debate tilt.

“Valenzuelanos, remember Naomi!!! I posted about her a couple of weeks ago!!! Winner na siya!!!,” the politiko said. “Proud Valenzuelano!!! Congrats Naomi!!! We love you!!!”
