Kit Belmonte put up his own subgroup of Kakampinks just for laughs.
The Quezon City congressman joined Vice President Leni Robredo’s sortie in Cavite, which was jam-packed with some 47,000 estimated attendees.
He was caught texting while on stage, so he made a joke out of it.
