Valenzuela Mayor Rex Gatchalian is beaming with pride as this young fresh graduate made history.

“Certified #GalingValenzuelano, Gian Nathan Tongco! A graduate from ValmaSci and now a Top 2 placer in Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination!,” the politiko said.

To reward his amazing feat, Gatchalian turned over a cash incentive for Tongco courtesy of the local government.
