QC remains top city in NCR with the highest new COVID-19 cases
Quezon City remains the top city in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the highest number of new COVID-19 cases recorded in the last two weeks.
Based on the data from the Department of Health (DOH) COVID-19 Tracker, Quezon City recorded 802 new cases in the last 14 days until November 23.
There are 3,356 new cases recorded in NCR in the last 14 days.
Far behind Quezon City was Manila with 425 new cases, followed by Taguig with 316 new cases, Pasig with 211 new cases and Caloocan with 192 new cases.
At present Quezon City has 1,033 active COVID-19 cases and 2,115 deaths.
The same data showed that Quezon City has the highest number of total COVID-19 cases in the region. It recorded 176,712 of the 860,228 total cases in NCR.
Quezon City was followed by Manila with 103,349 total cases; Caloocan with 64,003; Taguig with 63,071 and Pasig with 61,710.
