Caloocan Mayor Oca Malapitan is calling on parents who have children with comorbidities aged 12 to 17 years old to have them registered for COVID-19 vaccination.

In a Facebook post, Malapitan said children with comorbidities can be vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Caloocan City Medical Center (CCMC) and Caloocan City North Medical Center (CCNMC).

CCMC and CCNMC each have 200 slots available for vaccinating children with comorbidities. Walk-ins are also allowed until 2 p.m. as long as they have complete requirements.

Children who have an appointment for COVID-19 vaccination need to be accompanied by their parents or guardians to the hospital. They also need to bring a medical certificate from a pediatrician, and documentary requirements establishing the relationship of the vaccinees and their accompanying adults.
