Cut red tape! Vico Sotto shares how Pasig tries to be friendlier to businesses
Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto wants to make the city more attractive to businesses to generate more revenues for the local government amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking at the annual management forum of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Sotto shared the efforts made by the city government to make Pasig more business friendly.
“One example- we have streamlined the process for getting a business permit from 14 steps to now only 3 steps!” he said.
Sotto thanked PCCI’s chapter in Pasig for their active participation in the city government’s efforts to help businesses.
