Para safe lahat! Stella Quimbo proposes ‘double bubble’ in NCR
Marikina Rep. Stella Quimbo is proposing a modified “bakuna bubble” in the National Capital Region (NCR) as the government seeks to reopen the economy while containing the spread of COVID-19.
In a Facebook post, Quimbo said the “’bakuna bubble” should be implemented along with a “business bubble.” That means business owners must also be vaccinated against COVID-19, along with their employees.
The “bakuna bubble” has been proposed by Presidential Adviser on Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion as a way to let businesses operate instead of implementing harsh, NCR-wide lockdowns.
