Fresnedi reminds residents to get COVID-19 jab as Muntinlupa reaches 500K vaccination milestone

Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi reiterated his appeal to residents to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as the city already administered the jab to nearly half of the target population.

Data from the Muntinlupa City COVID-19 Vaccination Program (MunCoVac) showed that the city already administered a total of 507,964 vaccines and has inoculated nearly half of the target population as of September 8.

Of the total number of individuals vaccinated, at least 11,404 (first dose) and 597 (second dose) were inoculated in Muntinlupa private companies.

“Muntinlupeño, there’s a protector in all of us. Let’s all do our part. Lumabas lamang kung talagang kinakailangan. At kung may lumalabas man sa kasama natin sa bahay, mas mabuting mag-mask kahit nasa loob ng tahanan at iwasan muna ang kumain nang sabay-sabay. Dagdagan natin ang pag-iingat dahil walang pinipili ang virus—kamag-anak man, kaibigan o kakilala, ” Fresnedi said.

The local government advised residents who registered online but haven’t received their schedule to fill out a form to be scheduled: https://forms.gle/fEAELhwxURe4aNZU8.

City residents are encouraged to register online through the city’s COVID-19 vaccination registration system via www.vaccine.muntinlupacity.gov.ph/muncovac.
