Turok agad! Fresnedi expects Muntinlupa’s Pfizer vax supply to be used up by May 18

Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi aims to use all of the city’s supply of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccines by May 18 because they’re temperature sensitive.

The city health office started to inoculate healthcare frontliners, senior citizens, and persons with comorbidities with COVAX-donated Pfizer vaccines on May 14. At least 700 residents are set to receive their jab on the first day of the rollout.

Muntinlupa initially received 1,170 vials (7,020 doses) of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines from the Department of Health.

Fresnedi thanked the national government for sending Pfizer vaccines to Muntinlupa to speed up its vaccination campaign.

The mayor, however, reminded residents that walk-ins will not be accommodated in the city’s major vaccination sites where Pfizer vaccines are being administered.

The public is advised to register in the city’s COVID-19 Vaccination Registration System via Only residents who are registered will be given a schedule in the major vaccination sites and will be notified via SMS.
