Councilor Jun Ferrer dug up a throwback photo to congratulate PLtGen. Guillermo Eleazar for having been named by President Rodrigo Duterte as the new chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), replacing mañanita cop Debold Sinas.
“We are very proud of you as our former QCPD District Director. Mabuhay po kayo sir!,” the politiko said.
