Taguig Mayor Lino Cayetano on April 28 led the inauguration of the city’s eighth COVID-19 vaccination hub at the Bonifacio Global City, which was opened to accommodate more residents who wanted to get vaccinated against the virus.

The hub, located on the second floor of B7, Lane P, Bonifacio High Street East, is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, and can accommodate 400 vaccinees daily.

“We are grateful to our private partner for its commitment to help us reach more people by building accessible and easy to locate vaccination hubs,” Cayetano said.

The City has three other mega vaccination hubs located at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura, Lakeshore area, and Vista Mall Parking Building. It also has four community vaccine centers stationed at RP Cruz Elementary School, Maharlika Elementary School, EM’s Signal Village Elementary School, and Western Bicutan National High School.

Aside from mega and community vaccination centers, Taguig also launched the Mobile Vaccination Bus, a vaccination bus that will be deployed to selected communities to accommodate 200 vaccinees daily.

Those who wish to be vaccinated must secure their vaccine registration and generate a QR code through Taguig TRACE. TAGUIG INFO will send the vaccination schedule and venue via SMS or text message.
