Ruffy Biazon is thrilled to see the rest of the world siding with the Philippines as Beijing continues to be a bully at sea.

The Muntinlupa congressman shared the statement of the Canadian Ambassador to Manila shading China for its latest encroachment in the West Philippine Sea, where close to 200 ships remain near Julian Felipe Reef.
