Ruffy Biazon thinks a key part is missing amid calls for nationwide MGCQ

POLITIKO - The bible of Philippine Politics.
Ruffy Biazon could not understand why Health Secretary Francisco Duque III, of all people, would back a nationwide easing of quarantine rules without a COVID-19 vaccine ready for deployment here.
The Muntinlupa congressman quoted Duque’s words from a TV interview, where he expressed the readiness of local government officials to relax movement restrictions subject to implementation of strict health protocols.
“How about vaccines?,” the politiko said, with the originally promised February 15 date missed by over a week now.
How about vaccines? https://t.co/gZ74aDKl5I
