The Valenzuela mayor is never late for important meetings and appointments thanks to the Skyway Stage 3, which lets him cruise through Metro Manila in minutes.

“5:35pm na nasa cityhall pa ako. To make it to Makati for a meeting at 6pm on a Friday night dati mission impossible na yun. Now ill get there 6:10pm! Skyway really made our lives more productive,” he said in a rave post.
