Who wants two birthdays in a year?

Quezon City Councilor Mayen Juico does this out of personal preference, as she celebrates an unrevealed milestone that has changed her life greatly.

“Yes, a second birthday is a thing. At least it is, for us,” the politiko said, smiling behind her gorgeous and yummy-looking lemon cake.
