Makati City has better drug detection equipment than the Philippine National Police.

Mayor Abby Binay recently met with PNP chief Debold Sinas to give him access to the city’s very own drug testing equipment, which she proudly dubbed as state-of-the-art. The politiko said the police force is welcome to use the confirmatory drug test equipment for its needs.
