Makati Rep. Romulo “Kid” Peña found a kindred soul in House Speaker Lord Allan Jay Velasco as they got a chance to bond casually while in Batasan.

The politikos sat down together in what looks like a conference room. Peña said among their common interests were bikes and cars, which got them all chatty for the day.
