Stella Quimbo tours VP Leni around Marikina evacuation site
These Liberal Party stalwarts got together to bring aid to Marikina’s struggling families.
Power women Marikina Rep. Stella Quimbo and Vice President Leni Robredo joined forces as they visited Nangka Elementary School, where 455 families are currently staying as their houses were submerged in floods due to typhoon Ulysses.
Robredo brought food, bottled water, mattresses, and diapers for both babies and adults as she sought to make the lives of these evacuees a little more comfortable.
“Maraming salamat po, minamahal naming Bise Presidente!,” Quimbo said.
