Matagal na sa pulitika! Lino Cayetano thanks older brother Alan for ‘life of service’ on 50th birthday
Taguig Mayor Lino Cayetano showered his older brother, Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano, with praises as the latter celebrated his 50th birthday on October 28.
In a Facebook post, Lino said Alan has always worked hard even before he became a politiko.
“Bilang public servant bilib ako sa dedikasyon niya sa trabaho, pagmamahal sa tao, at takot sa Diyos,” he said.
Lino praised his older brother for pushing for policies in education and migrant workers’ rights, establishing the National Academy of Sports, and helping organize the 2019 Southeast Asian Games held in the Philippines.
“Maraming salamat Kuya Alan! 28 years of service as a true CHRISTian and servant of the people,” the mayor said.
“Thank you for your life of service. May God continue to bless you and inspire you! Happy happy 50th birthday and may you continue sharing your passion and commitment to serve. We are always together in fighting for the Filipino people! [clasped hands emoji] [Philippine flag emoji],” Lino added.
